Permissions Overview Accessing Permissions Permission Definitions

Permissions allow you to indicate what Staff and Manager Users can view, edit, and turn on or off in Artera. Permissions can only be set by Enterprise Users.

Permissions Overview

Accessing Permissions

  1. Open Settings in the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar:
  2. Navigate to Enterprise Settings > Permissions:
  3. For each Product Area, set the Assigned User Role:
    1. Example 1: If you set the "Lines" Product Area to Staff, then Staff, Manager, and Enterprise Users can create new lines.
    2. Example 2: If you set the "Users" module to Enterprise, only Enterprise Users can add new users.

Permission Definitions

NOTE: Conversation Flows and Triggers access is Enterprise-wide. A user with one of those four permissions can see and work with every Conversation Flow and Trigger in your Enterprise. That includes Flows and Triggers for Practices the user is not assigned to. This does not change which patients a user can see.

Every other permission below is for Practice-level access:
