Feedtrail is a patient experience management platform that personalizes the experiences of patients and employees to drive loyalty and act on insights in real-time. Feedtrail’s goal is to obtain a snapshot of the patient’s experience before leaving the healthcare organization so that service recovery can be initiated, if necessary.
Together, Artera and Feedtrail engage these patients during their visits. Artera customers can deliver these messages through existing communication channels, allowing for a simple and seamless access point for delivery of information to patients while reducing friction points within the patient journey.
Artera’s Supported Feedtrail Use Case
During a patient’s visit, they will receive a personalized message to their mobile device, including a link to Feedtrail’s web-based feedback form. The patient is directed to select the link and share their feedback.
Once the patient completes the form, the healthcare organization will receive their feedback and leverage the recovery engine to triage concerns and act upon them immediately by manually following up with patients who indicated a poor experience.
Implementation Information
To leverage the Artera and Feedtrail integration, there are setup steps required. These steps will vary depending on whether your organization currently uses Artera’s Message API functionality and is an existing customer of Feedtrail. Is there reporting available from this integration?
Customers who have Analytics Plus can leverage the Link Clickthrough Rate Dashboard to determine how patients interact with forms. The report includes a breakdown of clicks by patient. Feedtrail does also offer their own reporting directly to customers.
