What is Xealth?
Xealth is a platform for digital health that enables healthcare organizations to organize, integrate, deploy, and activate digital health tools from within their EHR workflow. Through the Xealth platform, clinicians can find and order the appropriate digital tools and programs for patients directly from their EHR workflow, send these digital health orders to patients, and monitor patient engagement.
Together, Artera and Xealth deliver digital order requests to patients. Artera customers can deliver these digital tools through existing communication channels, allowing for a simple and seamless access point for delivery of information to patients while reducing friction points within the patient journey.
Artera’s Supported Xealth Use Case
When the criteria to engage with a patient is met, Xealth will leverage Artera’s Messaging API to deliver the message to the patient with a link to the ordered digital tool. Here is an example of what that workflow could look like using one of Xealth’s partners, Glooko, a digital health tool for Diabetes care management:
When a patient is scheduled for an appointment, if certain clinical criteria for Diabetes management is flagged in Xealth, it will trigger an order for Glooko. Xealth then prepares a message to the patient and includes a link to Glooko for the patient to download and begin their care management.
Implementation Information
To leverage the Artera and Xealth integration, there are setup steps required. These steps will vary depending on whether your organization currently uses Artera’s Message API functionality and is an existing customer of Xealth. Is there reporting available from this integration?
Customers who have Analytics Plus can leverage the Link Clickthrough Rate Dashboard to determine how patients interact. The report includes a breakdown of clicks by patient. Xealth does also offer their own reporting directly to customers.
