Artera enables health systems to drive consistent and meaningful patient interactions. To help our clients get the most out of Artera, we built the Use Case Library (UCL). 

What is the Use Case Library?

The UCL is a growing collection of resources designed to provide visibility into the many ways our clients have found value with Artera. The library is composed of Use Cases containing sample workflows and Automations designed to improve the patient experience and streamline your workflows. 

Each Use Case details a workflow and its benefits. You can also find reference customers who have deployed the Use Case and text samples to help launch the workflow within your own Artera environment. Within the library, you will find a broad spectrum of examples tailored to the needs of diverse health systems. 

Tour the Use Case Library

The UCL is divided into categories that can help you locate Use Cases relevant to your team's needs. You can browse through the collection by clicking on a category or using the search bar. You can also select the All Use Cases button to browse a complete list.

Use Case Pages

The individual Use Cases pages contain five tabs that will help you conceptualize and implement the workflow.

• Text Samples: Includes message copy that you can customize, as needed, before adding to Artera.
• Benefits: Lists the positive impact associated with the Use Case.
• Reference Customers: Contains a list of Artera customers who have deployed the Use Case.
• ChatAssist AI: Shows the conversation flows that can be configured with the ChatAssist AI functionality.
• Reports: Displays dashboards related to the Use Case within Analytics, where applicable.

Accessing the Use Case Library

Request Access to the Use Case Library

You will need to have an account to access the UCL. If you do not have an account, you can request one. 

1. Navigate to https://usecase.wellapp.com/ and select the request access link.
   
   

2. Next, complete the Request Access form and select Request Access.

3. Once access has been granted, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with a link to log in.

Reset Your Use Case Library Password

If you do not remember your password to access the UCL, click Reset my password below the password field. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive an access code.

The reset email will be sent from no-reply@memberstack.io and will contain the access code needed to proceed. Enter the code from the email in the pop-up window and create a new password. You will then be prompted to login with the new password you created.
