Website-based self-scheduling allows patients, new and existing, to directly schedule an appointment with a provider that meets their care needs and matches providers’ existing rules and preferences for appointment scheduling; either by location, specialty, language, availability, and more. This process is accessed through your organization’s most publicly-facing asset, which is what patients are likely to turn to when establishing care.
