What is Artera ScheduleCare? Artera ScheduleCare Capabilities FAQs

What is Artera ScheduleCare?

Artera ScheduleCare supports website-based self-scheduling for new and established patients. This allows your organization to simplify and automate your scheduling process with a seamless, consumer-like experience to acquire and retain more patients, increase operational efficiency, and gain enhanced interoperability with your practice management system.

Website-based self-scheduling allows patients, new and existing, to directly schedule an appointment with a provider that meets their care needs and matches providers’ existing rules and preferences for appointment scheduling; either by location, specialty, insurance type, availability, and more. This process is accessed through your organization’s most publicly-facing asset, which is what patients are likely to turn to when establishing care.

Artera ScheduleCare Capabilities

Robust Filtering

With a customizable directory of provider schedules, patients can quickly find suitable appointment slots based on provider preference, treatment speciality, location, and time preferences. This ensures that every appointment meets the needs of patients and the requirements of providers’ scheduling templates, resulting in a more personalized and efficient scheduling experience.

Enhanced EMR Interoperability

Artera ScheduleCare seamlessly integrates with your practice management system to ensure real-time, discrete “read and write” capabilities. This allows you to ensure that your scheduling data is accurate and up-to-date across all systems.
